Thank you for a wonderful & courteous stay. From the time we arrived you made us feel at ease & at home. Thank you for all your help with directions & places to visit. As well as our endless questions your hospitality was magnificent. You should all be proud of yourselves. You could not have done anything better….

Your Motel is as good if not better than other motels we have visited along the east coast.

Everything was excellent. The lovely staff smiling, the service was so quick. The best motel we have ever stayed in.

Friendly & helpful on the phone & on arrival. We haven’t been here since 1995. Very nice to be back.

I would like to thank you both for making Craig's Birthday so wonderful. You allowed us to make it personal for him and what a surprise it was. The Food you served was just fantastic, what a cook! Everyone enjoyed the night and I hope that we can do this again soon. The importance of Celebrating ones Birthday to me is very Important, as it is the day your born. You made this day so perfect with your continued support throughout the two months of planning. I wanted to send this to you both as to often people are not rewarded for their work and lets face it you did an excellent job. Hope we did not inconvenience you to much with the planning, but tried not to as I know your both very busy.

We didn't get a chance to fill in the questionnaire before we left but wanted to tell you that we had a wonderful stay and were really impressed with the service you offered. The room price was very reasonable as well as your restaurant price and brekkie. The location is great and so were the facilities (especially being able to borrow the tennis gear - haven't done that for years). But what made the stay really nice was your wonderful hospitality, the thought to give my husband a lovely bottle of wine for his 40th and the kindness you gave to our daughter (being 3 isn't easy sometimes).

I had a great time with all the trips that the coach company organised but all that was helped by the great service I had with you people with wonderful accommodation, meals and general service. The members of our Probus Club want to thank you and all the staff for the manner in which you cared for us all; the tasty cup of tea when we arrived from our long trip, the comfortable rooms (especially warmed for us on Sat), the friendly service and delicious meals. The very comfortable dining room made every visit there pleasant as you could hear from the noise of all talking, it helped to unite the group. I will certainly recommend your motel to any groups travelling to the Southern Highlands from this area.

We were made to feel very welcome and wanted. Staff (Katrina) went out of her way to supply things like a microwave, ice, etc. Will come again for sure.
